World of Kings is an MMORPG set in a fantasy universe. You can join one of 5 races in one of 27 classes and march forward to explore a huge 26-square-kilometer world with numerous dungeons, treasures, and hazardous bosses. The New Era of Nightbornes has finally started and presented loads of fresh content, including a brand new storyline of ancient Nightbornes. Let’s take a look at all features.

World of Kings is influenced by classic MMORPGs, like World of Warcraft, Neverwinter, and Lineage II. First of all, you have to select one of 5 races, such as the ancient nation of Nightbornes, Humans, Elves, Gnomes, and Orks. Each of the 27 classes is applicable to them, so you’re free to choose any combination. Advanced classes are much harder to master than the basic ones, but they may offer better options for your particular style of play. For instance, you can create a slow and hardy tank with deadly attacks, or a swift jumpy archer with excellent dodging skills.

The global map is so huge it’s hard to explore it entirely, but isn’t it perfect? You can ramble on anywhere to meet unexpected challenges, secret storylines, collect rare loot, and farm fighting thousands of NPCs. If you feel lonely in this vast world, you’re welcome to summon your friends and deal with challenges together. You can establish a guild or join one to start building a stronghold to hide from sieges, have some rest, trade, and meet brothers in arms. Using the voice chat, you can discuss strategy, prepare for raids, and just have some good time talking about stuff.

Interface

The setting of World of Kings combines classic fantasy with techno-punk features, so don’t be surprised to meet plasma-trains while making your way on the back of a tame dragon. Shooting from a shotgun into enemies who carry bows may also look unfair, but things are not so easy in World of Kings. Visuals in the latest version are stunning. All character and locations are perfectly animated and have sharp textures, so you may feel like playing a AAA PC franchise from 2010. It’s a great result for a small Asian studio.

World of Kings is one of the best MMORPGs for mobile devices on today’s market. It’s not as popular as Lineage and Arcane Legends, but it really deserves to stand in one line with them. The last update expanded the lore dramatically and made it even more addictive, so play on! System requirements are still acceptable for low-end devices running Android 4.0, iOS 8.0, and later.
