Niantic eagerly anticipates the September release of Monster Hunter Now. The health of Capcom's IP is well illustrated by the Platinum title data released by the company yesterday, which disclosed that roughly 100 million copies of the entire series have been sold. The new mobile version of the game also appears promising. 

The game's official Twitter account reported that over a million players have already pre-registered, thereby unlocking a new reward tier. This will be given to all players, whether they pre-registered or not, after the game's launch.
